Danks Leaves Boras

Yay! I always like it when someone leaves Scott Boras. This past offseason, Alex Rodriguez and Kenny Rogers did, and now, Chicago White Sox starter John Danks has left him as well. For those of you who don't know, Danks was part of the trade for Brandon McCarthy when McCarthy was sent to Texas. This season he has been very impressive and instrumental in the White Sox's return to glory. Here are his stats:

4-4 2.88 ERA 68.2 IP (12 starts) 51 K 20 BB 1.22 WHIP .243 BAA

Pretty good. Anyway, at age 23, he should be good for years to come, and the White Sox will now look to lock him up in all likelihood. Mr. Boras is losing out on some money, but Danks will as well. I still like his decision.
